The Albany Common Council is going to have a special meeting tomorrow night (Thursday, March 27) to consider a new ordinance that will allow the city to accept bids electronically.
The meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom and streamed on the council's Facebook page at www.facebook.com/albany.commoncouncil.
