Permission Extended For Expanded Outdoor Alcohol Service

For another month via executive order 202.48, Governor Cuomo has extended rules that allow restaurants and bars to have alcohol service in expanded outdoor seating. This includes public spaces like sidewalks and street parking that previously were not included in a business's alcohol license issued by the State Liquor Authority. In early June as outdoor dining became allowed in the Capital Region as part of Phase II, the SLA relaxed its rules.
